Firegrates - Colonial

The Oamaru and Broadys grates are designed for the wider fireplace. They start from 740mm wide and 330 deep. The depth and wide can be varied by modification of the standard grate. Depth increases are by multiples of approx 90mm. These grates can be mounted on the brick hobs as part of the fireplace, steel bar legs or Andirons.

Wider than 1100mm grates are usually built into a steel angle iron frame with legs. This design allows for ease of design, strength of construction, handling and cleaning. Call us with your wishes.
